Please provide clear visual references. Drawn references or a compilation of face claims and photo image references are perfect. I am willing to design an OC with you if you are very clear on what you want. Providing color palettes too are a plus.
ALSO Please let me know if you intend to print your commission. Unless there's a contract/hiring process at hand, these commissions are for personal use only.

Heavy mecha, anthro/furry (sorry, just not practiced at these two), nsfw (mild okay), romantic interactions between minor/adult, incest, non-con, major gore/vore, fetishes, or anything abusive
